Regular performance and progress meetings
Once every month on a pre-arranged day and time the SCS site director will meet with the client to discuss the past week's performance and any immediate requirements for the ensuing week's cleaning services.
On a three monthly basis there will be formal review meetings with the client, the site supervisor and the SCS operations manager. This meeting will be minuted by SCS and dates set for any action points required.
